Mr. Schleh is an associate in the Electronics Group where he handles preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. He has also provided assistance in representing both patent owners and third party requesters in ex parte and inter partes reexamination proceedings at the USPTO and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (formerly Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences). Mr. Schleh is already involved in several inter partes review proceedings on behalf of petitions in virtual machine and communications technologies.
Mr. Schleh has experience in various aspects of patent litigation, licensing, and opinions. Mr. Schleh's technical experience spans numerous disciplines, including OLED driving and pixel circuits, magnetic read/write head technology, video games, cellular communications, semiconductor manufacturing, and integrated circuits.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schleh worked at another patent law firm, where he was heavily involved in all aspects of U.S. patent prosecution, including reissues and reexaminations.
