Mark Fox Evens was quoted in the IP Law360 article "5 Tips for Making Patent Law Painless for Juries." In the article, Evens offers his advice for best conveying an argument to jurors in intellectual property cases. Noting that the majority of jurors have little technical background, Evens stresses the importance of communicating strategically. He states that in a case, "an effective expert is one who is enthusiastic about the technology and can teach the jury about it in a compelling way, rather than coming across like they're reading from a textbook."
