Jon E. Wright was quoted in the third installment of Bloomberg BNA's series on the anniversary of post-grant opposition proceedings conducted by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). In the article, Mr. Wright provides insights into the interaction between PTAB proceedings and patent infringement litigation in federal district courts. He is quoted in regards to district court stays of concurrent legislation, the joint acknowledgement by the PTAB and the courts as to the finality of the others decisions, and the Federal Circuit's rulings on PTAB appeals.
