Automated Tracking Solutions Initiates Patent Infringement Action

Automated Tracking Solutions, LLC (ATS), announced today it has filed a patent infringement complaint against Impinj, Teletracking Technologies, RadarFind, Awarepoint, Bode Technology, and SimplyRFiD. The complaint seeks damages and injunctive relief for infringement of ATS’ Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) patents. ATS filed the complaint against the six named companies in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia alleging violation of four ATS patents (U.S. Patent No. 6,933,849; U.S. Patent No. 7,551,089; U.S. Patent No. 7,834,765; and U.S. Patent No. 7,834,766).  

ATS is represented by Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C., and Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll in this matter.
