The trademark infringement case Borghese Trademarks Inc. et al. v. Borghese et al., 1:10-cv-05552 (SDNY), was originally filed in July 2010 and settled in July 2013 with a consent judgment and permanent injunction. Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox represented the defendants which included Francesco, Amanda, Scipione, Lorenzo, and Katie Borghese, as well as Multi Media Exposure, Orlane and HSN.  Mark Evens and David Cornwell led the defense team of Don Banowit and Byron Pickard, with Monica Riva Talley providing counsel on the trademark issues.  See the attached PDF to view the consent judgment and permanent injunction.
