Company Owner Misrepresented Snuggle's Royalties, 2nd Circuit Says

This article discusses the recent victory for the Sun Products Corporation (Sun Prods. Corp. v. Bruch et al.) when the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed a summary judgment of fraud that Sun had obtained in suit against its trademark licensee.

The case was originally filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The Sun Products Corporation was represented by Sterne Kessler directors Byron L. Pickard and David K.S. Cornwell. Mr. Pickard argued the case to the Second Circuit.
