On Friday, the Federal Circuit will hear oral arguments in the case CLS Bank International v. Alice Corp. Pty. Ltd. The outcome may provide clarity on when inventions implemented by a computer are patentable. Sterne Kessler Director Robert Sokohl is part of the team representing Alice Corporation in this matter.
