Sterne Kessler filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States in support of the petitioner in the In re Bilski matter. The firm represents a group of entrepreneurial software companies - the amici  curiae - that includes Armanta, Inc., Asentinel, LLC, CyberSource Corp., and Hooked Wireless, Inc.
