Sterne Kessler Named to NLJ's Intellectual Property Hot List
The National Law Journal has named Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox to its inaugural Intellectual Property Hot List, which recognizes the 20 top firms that have “demonstrated creative strategies for litigation, patent prosecution, licensing and other transactional work” in intellectual property.
In addition to successful ANDA litigation work in the district courts and ITC, the NLJ specifically calls out Sterne Kessler’s work in patent re-examinations and interferences at the patent office, as well as the new procedures for challenging patents under the America Invents Act. The profile also highlights Sterne Kessler’s first of its kind Intellectual Property and Human Rights Pro Bono Practice.
Managing Director Michael B. Ray is quoted saying “The AIA is making opportunities that few firms are equipped to deal with…Our clients need specialists more than ever, not generalists.”
